Postage and Packaging:
All items are checked before dispatch and are carefully hand-packed by our in-house logistics department. Your purchase is shipped directly to you as soon as we receive your cleared payment, including at weekends.
We offer standard 14 to 21 day shipping (with optional insurance) as well as a competitively priced EMS 4 - 5 day tracked courier service.
Please enter a contact telephone number when checking out. We assure you that this will only be used by the courier or postal services OR by a member of our customer service team, in the unlikely event there is a problem with your order.
Insurance:
If you choose standard or registered air mail, we recommend you take advantage of our reasonably-priced insurance which covers you in the unlikely event that your parcel is lost or damaged by the postal services.
FedEx parcels are automatically insured but, in line with standard courier practice, please check parcel contents before signing as if you do not we cannot be held liable for any damage that occurred in transit.
Whichever shipping method you choose, if your parcel is insured, we are happy to refund or replace your item and will also reimburse the amount you paid for shipping.
Faulty Product or Missing Parts:
If goods arrive defective you have up to 7 days from date of receipt to request an exchange. The item must be returned to us in its original and unused condition and in its original box and packaging. In case of missing parts, please notify us the same day you receive the product.
Return Policy:
We are happy to replace faulty goods. You agree to pay for the return shipping on exchanges and returns and we will reimburse this cost upon verification of a fault with the product. Product exchange is our normal policy, with refunds in exceptional cases.
Shipping Policy:
We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. For high value products, we may require verification of address to be scanned and emailed to us before we can ship your parcel. This is done to protect the interests of ourselves and our customers.
Non-receipt of parcel must be reported to us within 60 days of date of postage.
Duties and Taxes:
You should expect to pay any amount charged by the government in your respective country; this includes (and is not limited to) duties, taxes and any extra fees charged by courier and postal services.
