Shipping Your Order to You

Postage and Packaging

All items are checked before dispatch and are carefully hand-packed by our in-house team. We do our best to ship your purchase as soon as your payment has cleared, including at weekends.

All orders take 1-3 business days (Mon-Sun) to process before being shipped. In most cases, it only takes 1 day to process your order. This Processing Time is completely separate from the Shipping Time, therefore, to estimate Delivery Time, please consider the following:
Processing Time + Shipping Time = Delivery Time

We offer 14 to 21 day air mail shipping (though this can often be a lot quicker) and a competitively priced EMS 4 - 5 day service - perfect for last minute gifts and must-have purchases.

Sorry, but we are unable to ship to P.O. or A.P.O. Box addresses.

For high value products, we may require verification of address before we ship. This is done to protect the interests of both you, the customer, as well as us, the seller.

 

EMS Coverage

We reserve the right to use an alternative express courier service in the event that EMS does not cover your area.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

You should expect to pay any amount charged by the government in your respective country. This includes, and is not limited to, duties, taxes and any extra fees charged by the courier company.

 

Insurance

If you choose the standard or registered air mail options we offer optional insurance which covers you in the unlikely event that your parcel is lost or damaged by the postal services.

EMS parcels are automatically insured but we ask that, in line with standard courier practice, you check the contents of the parcel before signing for your goods. If you do not we can’t be held liable for any damage that may have occurred in transit.
